Cairo is a huge city with the second-highest population density in all of Africa. Even though you might spend weeks traveling through it all and exploring Cairo attractions such as the Pyramids of Giza, we suggest spending at least three days in Cairo on your first time to visit it.
To enjoy a leisurely exploration of the Giza Complex, allow at least 4-5 hours. You might easily spend seven or more hours there if you buy tickets to enter the various Giza pyramids and tour the cemeteries and tombs as well.
