Notes

• 3-night cruises departing from Aswan will arrive on Wednesday or Friday or occasionally on evening on Mondays.
• Cruises departing from Luxor on a four-day journey leave every Saturday or Monday and sometimes on Thursday.
• These dates are just a suggestion and depend on your approval. No booking is made yet, and availability will be checked when we book.
• Cruise schedules may change due to boat needs, but it won't affect the places you visit.
• Prices include taxes and service fees.
• Hotel Check-in and Check-out:
• In hotels, check-in time is set at 3:00 PM and check-out has to be done by 12:00 PM.
• In the case of cruises, however, the check-in time is around 12:00 PM (before lunch) while the check-out time is by 8:00 AM after breakfast.
• Transfers & Sightseeing:
• Private transfers in air-conditioned cars are arranged for all the movements during the trip.
• In Cairo, sightseeing will be private, but on the cruise, you'll join other guests for tours, including all entrance fees.
• Prices and What’s Not Included:
• Insurance is not included in the price.
• If you book a single room or cabin, there will be an extra fee.

Room Types:

• Triple rooms are usually twin or double rooms with an extra rollaway bed, not three standard beds.
• Twin or King-size rooms depend on availability when you check in. They can’t be confirmed ahead of time.

Payment Options:

• You can pay using a credit card (2.5% fee) or through bank transfer (but remember your bank may also charge you additional fees).

Requests:

• Any matters requiring special attention will be entertained by the hotel; however, such matters will all be subject to a series of formalities scheduled for your visit.
