You will go today to the mythical Great Pyramid of Cheops, which is part of the famous Giza Pyramids. This stunning structure, which dates back to around 2560 BCE, is one of the largest and most impressive pyramids in the world. Moreover, you will also be able to see the pyramids of Chefren and Mykerinus, in addition to The Great Sphinx, which has been watching over the pyramids for thousands of years.

The next attraction is Sakkara. This is the location of the Step Pyramid Complex, which was built by Imhotep-the designer-for pharaoh Djoser. The oldest stone building known to humankind was born from the realization of pyramid construction. Still in Sakkara, you never miss Teti Pyramid and the Nobles' tombs. Over 4,000 years old, the tombs lining the plateau of Sakkara bear messages of daily life in ancient Egypt, and you may see them during your visit.

After that, a morning filled with history and adventure, you would have lunch at a local restaurant to regain your energy. Then your tour proceeds to Memphis, the long-lost, ancient capital of Egypt, where an open-air museum visit is scheduled for you to see even more incredible artifacts of Egypt's history.

At the end of your thrilling day, you will be taken back to your hotel, where you could chill and get your mind off the wonderful experiences you have had during your Easter holiday in Egypt.

Begin your day in Cairo with a filling breakfast at your hotel, and then get ready for a day of various discoveries along with your expert Egyptologist guide. The first place you will visit is the Egyptian Museum, which has the largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world. You will also see the very valuable things of King Tutankhamun, which include his well known golden mask, and the only royal tomb that has been found almost intact.

Then, your guide and driver will take yoTutankhamunu to the Citadel of Saladin. Visit the magnificent Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque, which is one of the best examples of Ottoman architecture, and get nice pictures of Islamic Cairo from the height. From this point, you will be able to see mosques, minarets, and domes that have been standing for centuries, many of which are more than 1,000 years old.

Next, the tour moves to Coptic Cairo, where you'll visit the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon and the Hanging Church, one of the oldest Christian sites in Egypt. You’ll also visit St. Sergius Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, believed to be the location where Pharaoh's daughter found the infant Moses in his basket along the Nile.

After having a delicious lunch, allow yourself to explore deeply through the Islamic Cairo to explore its narrow streets as you learn about the oldest walls and gates located within the medieval city that were built in the 10th century. Finish off with a cold coffee break at A. Fishawy's, one of the most famous and ancient cafes right in the heart of the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, where you will enjoy some traditional tea and the ambience. Afterward, drive back to your hotel and relax, revisiting your day filled with a great deal of history and culture to enjoy.

Finish the Egypt Easter vacation with a free day of leisure rather than scenes of passing time. You can either explore Cairo as much as you want or simply relax for the day. Our representative will pick you from the hotel later on in the morning to see you off and transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your flight home.Departure is late in the afternoon.
