An English-speaking Egyptologist tour guide will meet you to start your day by visiting the Egyptian Museum, which displays significant Pharaonic artifacts, including items from King Tutankhamen's collection. You will have a chance to see the real pharaohs in their full body. After lunch at a local restaurant, the group will travel to Old Cairo to explore the Citadel of Salah El-Din. Start early with a private tour to see the High Dam and Temple of Philae in Aswan. In the afternoon, the cruise heads to Kom Ombo, where you can enjoy a private tour of the Temple of Kom Ombo. With dinner on board, cruise to Edfu, arriving later in the evening to either overnight or just relax. You will kick-start your day with a private trip to the Temple of Horus. You will cross the Esna Lock to Luxor and then spend the first night there.
A full breakfast buffet shall await you on board. This morning, you will have the time of your discretion to visit the spectacle of the Temple of Horus. Back when you get back to your cruise ship, lunch goes well along with the voyage sailing towards Esna.
This afternoon, your Egyptologist will take you for a guided tour of the Greco-Roman Khnum Temple in Esna. The Great Hypostyle Hall, reputed to be the best Roman-built hall in Egypt, is still well preserved.
