Built by King Thutmose III of the 18th Dynasty and later enhanced by his son Amenhotep II-certainly for archaic reasons-the temple is worth visiting for its well-preserved inscriptions with the protective roof covering added to preserve the delicate reliefs. Then sets off for the Derr Temple, amazing workmanship of the one whose name signifies that he was the only king. Located on the eastern bank of the Nile River in the rocks, old temples illustrate the generosity and technical perfection of the greatest among the kings of Upper and Lower Egypt.Visit another rare-looking artefact- the rock-hewn tomb of Pennut, the viceroy of Kush. Just like many Nubian monuments this was dismounted in the 1960s to save it from the rising water of Lake Nasser caused by the High Dam project. Its vivid scenes and inscriptions provide a rare glimpse of the routine and lives of the high governmental officials during the New Kingdom

Enjoy breakfast on board before starting your early morning visit to Wadi El Seboua.Exploring Wadi El Seboua during your Lake Nasser journey is truly unforgettable, as the area preserves a collection of remarkable relocated Pharaonic temples that together feel like an open-air museum. Many begin with the iconic “Valley of the Lions,” a sphinx-lined avenue leading to the oldest of the two New Kingdom temples.
